.ksanime files

Sorry if this is in the wrong place or if asked a million times before. I did search, on here, general google search and nothing. I can't figure out how to open a .ksanim file. I tried with the kseditor and that didn't work. What I want to do is, I got a truck from someone and it has a cap on. He told me to go into animation, roof file and change it in there to remove the cap. Thanks in advance

You cannot load ....ksanim files into any program, only way is to make a new one.
