KsSkinnedMesh shader makes parts disappear

I am trying to add a hat to a driver, I have added it to the model and now trying to put it back into kn5. But when trying to use the knEditor if I set the material to use the ksSkinnedMesh or the ksSkinnedMesh_NMDetails like it originally was in the driver file the part disappears and does not appear even if I fill all of the texture files.
Anyone has any idea why/how to fix this?
