I have a pretty complicated issue.
I'm working on a mod based of an xbow and I want the static height of the car to sit at 80mm with its CoG at the same height as the wheel center. So my both my basey values are set to 0 and my push rods are set to 0.060 and 0.029.
but this leads to an issue i cant seem to fix: As I'm lowering the car I'm also changing the curve of coilover to where it has about 40mm of bump travel left and even if I set the springrate, packer range and UP/DN bumpstops to insane values the animation stays the same. As if it was based solely on ride height (which kind of renders the push rod obsolete ). Even raising the wheels and DWB parts and all their helpers in Autodesk can't seem to set the coilover back to its 0 level.
My car is producing a lot of downforce so at 300km/h its basically hitting pump just from the additional aerodynamic weight.
How can you change the curve of the coilover and its 0 level apart from raising/lowering its ride height and how is that 0 level defined in the gamefiles?
