Lack of info for tyres - How can I set the car up for a long race?

Hi all, I've recently bought GTR Evo and I'm loving it. One thing, however, that I dearly miss is the information on how much the tyres are worn and tyre temps. I really liked the old LCD screen (F1 Challenge days) since it provided a lot of info. So, is there any way I can find out exact figures of tyre wear and live tyre temperatures? Also, what would be optimum tyre temperature? Thanks.
