PC2 Lack of tire smoke

I've been doing lots of offline racing and never see tire smoke. Is there a mod or adjustment I can make to have smoke appear? Pretty frustrating. To get a fix, I race in GT6 and the smoke effect is absolutely perfect!

Any help would be grately appreciated.

I see the smoke in the virtual mirror and in the replays. May be increasing the particles detail.

PS: I suppose you are driving a not ABS car or with ABS disabled...

Yup. Older vintage cars with no ABS. Did that increasing particles detail and it helped. Much appreciated.

You could try locking up your brakes.

When I do lock up the brakes I don't see any smoke and I'm not using ABS. Particle detail was on medium and I never saw smoke. In iRacing the smoke is great and immediate on a lockup, but not so much for me here.
