revised skins, +2 bonus skins

This update improves a few details of the original skins and adds two new (post-season) bonus skins: The #88 car, that participated in the Sepang 12h race, and the #87 car, that recently tested at Okayama in preparation of the 2017 season. The car doesn't have main sponsors yet.
