Lan Multiplayer probs

On one of my LAN rigs, the multiplayer cars (AI added cars and other lan players) flash on and off the track irratically. Sometimes it says "syncronizing game". Does not do this on other rigs. I turned off the "Auto chat server" thing and "auto racecast login" thing too. Any Ideas?

P.S. sometimes, on the car spinner screen, the car jerks irratically around the circle also, but single player race AI cars do not flash on screen.
 
Finally found the problem. When I enabled the +fullproc command, it made rFactor jump into hyper mode somehow and made it run faster than real life. Jerking spinner table, flashing graphics and cars flashing on and off the track in multiplayer. Installed AMD's Dual Core optimizer and it fixed all of the problems.
