Lap top to be able to play new gen Racing SIM on the road

I would like to have recommendation on specifications or model of a lap top to be able to play Assetto Corsa on the road. I would connect it via HDMI to the room tv.
I do not need to play everything at full settings.
Average setting/fps/number of AI will do just fine.
