Latest update won't let me set correct resolution

All, after what appears to have been some kind of update, I have lost the ability to go fullscreen on my 2560 x 1080 monitor.

Whether I choose fullscreen, borderless or windowed, the max resolution I can select is 1920 x 1080.

All other games are recognising the correct monitor resolution so it is only AMS 2. After the update the resolution was reset to something very low, and I had to change that before going any further, but there seems to have been a change to the overarching settings.

Is anyone else seeing this?

All, I still am unable to set the resiolution correctly or even higher than 1920 x 1080, can anyone suggest any fix or troubleshooting?

To solve your problem momentarily ... hoping it'll allow you to solve it for good, you may do this way:

- go to your Documents/Automobilista 2
- Open "graphicsconfigdx11.xml" with Note Pad or Notepad++
- go to this line:

And change the actual Width= and height= by those values as shown here above.
It should not be necessary to change the refresh rate.
Save and close.

Start your game and that will do the trick ... it will start in the right resolution.

NB it works as I have 2 21/9 monitors ( 3440*1440 and 1920*1080 ) and could not reach the Options choice in game on the 1920 one while I used it with 3440 the last time.
I changed it the way I mention above and it worked.
