How do I make legal cars then? My modding skills are really good, i know good portion of blender, but my 3d modeling skills are barely at a beginner level

- Purchase a 3D model with a license that allows modification and re-distribution
- Partner with a 3D modeler willing to create models for you
- Learn 3d modelling

Or keep your projects private.

It's perfectly legal to borrow completed models from other video games.

It's not even "perfectly" legal to model your own from scratch, if we want to really nitpick.

He's simply borrowing the model, and he will hand it back in a week or two. This method has never hurt anybody.
