Limited BTB tracks in RBR

I really would like a scroller so I can have more than 20 tracks in RBR. I know there is RSRBR and other but I need to be able to customise the game. Or is there any other way to have more tracks and still be able to use own customised physics and cars?
Or a small plugin just for choosing BTB tracks?

And also choose new original format stages in game menu (similar plugin as rx)!
