Limiter problem

How do i disable the limiter of a car? I took the -87 CRX to Speedest 2, and think it was little too slow. So i edited the car.ini. Added sixth gear, increased torque etc. But this is bothering me, the top speed is limited to 200kmh. It has enough power now to go way much quicker than that, so i want to know how i disable the limiter. I looked up the car.ini, but nothing about limiters. Help me please.

Just double press F5 (to switch and then turn off) traction control. While disabling it CRX should run over 230km/h.

alternately in the newer versions at least you can press tilde "`" and shift then type in the console "TC off" which will only turn off the traction control.

I'm running 0.6.5.5 because of my computer.
