Limits for Number of Cars or Tracks---Launching Problem

Is there a limit to the number of cars or tracks in Asetto Corsa? I added quite a few cars and tracks recently and now Assetto Corsa will not launch on its own. I can get it to launch using Content Manager. However, when I removed over 200 cars Assetto Corsa launches again. I'd like to know if there is a magic number of car or track files. Can anyone help?

Yes, AC's launcher has an upper limit on cars. All I know is it's somewhere under 1000.
