Little help needed for self hosted server.

Hello,
Today I start my own server to play with my friends. Finally I set it up and I can join. After my two of my friends try to join they got disconnected after the track and the cars mods are almoast loaded up. In the logs it says "Force disconnected". Does anyone has got some idea whats going on?
