Here is a setup close to what I should use. If it can help you...
Don't forget to put the turbo control on your wheel to be able to change it on the run.
On qualy you should be able to use 100% turbo. Reduce it in the corner to reduce the oversteering throttle.
For the race, 70%-80% turbo.
Shortgearing and massive use of 3rd gear (in most of corner) can help.
