DiRT Rally Liveries

Guys, firstly apologies if this has been talked about already or if it's a total n00b question.

I've seen tons of Dirt Rally vids online with some of the awesome real life liveries... Lancia Martini, the i20, Colin's beautiful martini focus etc etc.

Now because my PC is not up to the job of running this I've bought the PS4 version ... You know where this is going.

There are a few real liveries on the console version but I'm guessing most of the other ones I've seen on YouTube are fan made content and therefore will only appear on the PC?
I just wondered if any of them are unlockable in game rather than skins?

Still loving the game, but I might have to sort a new rig at some point :o)

No unlockables. It's just the power of PC modding.
