Livery only the Maximum Player Detail

Hello, I wanted to ask here about a little problem I'm having in the development of a mod, basically I made the paintings and when applied in the game they only appear on the car if the details of the player (or opponent) are at maximum, can someone help me to solve this ?
 
You need mip maps for the lower res models or distance cars. So when you save the livery to DDS generate mip map to auto or all. When the game is set to a lower res it will load a livery from the lower mip map.
