Lock System

Hi guys,

I wonder if someone can help me!

I have been using BTB for a while now and had no problems with it, however.... I am now locked out of using the programme, even with a valid licence!

I have tried re-installing the programme but still have the same problem... has anyone else had this problem?

If so, solutions would be appreceated!
