lods.ini not found problem

I dont know how to resolve this problem and its very annoying.

The base game is working just fine.
I install the mods, run the game. The game recognises the mods, cars and tracks, i can see the thumbnails and every information. When I choose a moded car or track i get 2 load errors. If the car is modded when i hit start engine it starts to load then the game says lods.ini not found and if the track is modded it says track not found.

But i found the lods.ini in the data folder, and this is in it for exemple:
[COCKPIT_HR]
DISTANCE_SWITCH=1000

[LOD_0]
FILE=bmw_m6_csi.kn5
IN=0
OUT=1000
