Logic3 wheel exe drivers

Hi,my PC crashed recently and i had to format.My issue is i have a Logic3 topdrive wheel and i cant use it because i have lost the driver disc.Be much appreciated for some help.I am on a budget and cant afford another wheel.Thanks.

I bought one of these and never had the disk driver where can i purchase
