Logitech DFGT problem

Hi everyone, my new encoder wheel just arrived, and it calibrates perfect (it didn't calibrate before) but when i just barely rotate the wheel, the wheel position in Logitech profiler jumps to -50% what can i do? i can't get it to go in positive as well
