As some of you might have noticed, Microsoft has automatically updated the drivers for Logitech devices on Windows 10. And as some of the recent drivers simply don't work with older hardware, such as the G27 and G25, a workaround is required to stop Windows from automatically updating our working drivers.

Important: Make sure to plug off all your Logitech devices before starting the procedure.

Step 1:
Unninstall all Logitech drivers and software from your computer. You can do it via Control Panel.

Step 2:
Open your control panel. Then, go to the startup section and DISABLE "Logitech Download Assistant".

Step 3:
Restart your computer.

Step 4:
Install old drivers from Logitech and follow all the instructions shown. All the old profiles should still be there and working.

Step 5:
Enjoy your Logitech products again!

Happened to me the other day. It updated my driver with an older version for an older wheel. Have DFGT was working fine until this, so tried the new drivers which did n't recognised DFGT. Had to unistall everything an install original driver !
