logitech g27 not working

Having a problem with my g27 its not being picked up by any games at all. it does the usual rotation when my pc starts up but cant do anything in any game.

anybody no off a fix or had simillar

This is what I would do,

1. unplug the power of the wheel along with the usb cable to the pc
2. uninstall the profiler software, reboot the pc then do a reinstall of both software and wheel.
