For several months I had an issue where force feedback in a number of sim titles was simply not working. The reason is down to the brain dead Logitech driver.
If the operating range is set in the Logitech G Hub software to anything but "default", the wheel-driver disables all game force feedback. Instead it takes over the FFB to "lock" the steering to the operating range you have chosen but prevents all other FFB messages to the driver from working. This can be proven by using a tool which comes with the Logitech Wheel SDK - (https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/innovation/developer-lab.html)

Load G-Hub, set your preferred operating range, load ACC, choose your preferred FFB settings - enjoy no FFB of any kind. (This is where you can use the SteeringWheelSDKDemo to see the various effects have been disabled)
Skirting around the bug.
Quit all sims and the SDK demo if you were running it.. Quit G-Hub (Quit, not just close). Load G-Hub it, RESTORE DEFAULT SETTINGS and clock the pad-lock. Quit G-Hub (Quitm nit just close). Load G-Hub, make no changes here!! Load your sim, change the operating range in your sim settings, change FFB to the settings you want - enjoy the welcome return of FFB.
Note: With G-Hub loaded, wheel range in ACC will need to be set as per the vehicle (480 for NSX etc), but if you quit G-Hub, the wheel range should be the same as your wheel... Very odd!
