Logitech G29 Help

I have a Logitech G29 with an issue I can't figure out.
When I plug it into my PC, the shift lights come on, sometimes one or two for a few seconds then all of them. The wheel isn't detected in Windows 10 and it doesn't run it's self calibration.
This happens regardless if the power supply is plugged in or not. Which makes me think that the power supply might be broken.
Does anyone know whats going on and if there is a solution to it?

Have you installed the logitech gaming software? Pretty sure that I had the same issue with my G920.
Will need a reboot after the install as well.
