Logitech profiler - Allow game to adjust settings?

Guys, in the Logitech profiler should I be ticking the 'allow game to adjust settings' checkbox?

I have the option ticked but I don't have the profiler running except when I want to change a setting. I have the rest of the settings as in the attached pic, this is for a G25 BTW.

I use the Control Options in the game for all my settings and preferences.
That means, yes, allow.
