but Avus or older LeMans is suitable

I think the "Targa Florio" is the longest track for Race07 and "Talladega" is also an alternative than oval. I no longer have a source, or you can look it up here at Racedepartment. Here's an example:

Yes, go 24H LeMans .. what mucho said. It will give you very long straits for testing cars. Also, check your controller's pedal for 100 % full power
