F1 2016 Lost profile

I was in the middle of my carrer and now I must start again with new profile.
I have Game Save Manager but F1 2016 is not detected.
In C:|Game Save Manager_backups I have all backups.
How can I manage this files to restore a previous saved game?

Help please from a desperate player
