Lotus 98T Engine Limiter not working

Is anyone else have this issue?

The engine limiter option in the settings for this car does not seem to be working for me.
No matter where I set it 95-108 it will stay at 60% power when I go out on track

Anyone have any idea as to a solution?

It's the rpm limiter, you have to use number keys (1-0) to change boost.
