F1 2012 Lotus Renault Driving ?

Is it me or the Lotus work not well, this car is supposed to be one of the best this year.

I am not able to drive it because this car work not well !

Are you talking about Career or GP? In GP it's funny car to drive, just like in F1 2011. Better than the mid-field but not quite a top performer.

In Career I did some reading and in the second season it could go both ways. Fall down the field or become a top car (I think it depends on the WCC). I joined them and it's quite the car, me and Kimi are fighting for wins/podiums but the Red Bull is marginally faster and the Macca is dominant (at least it was VERY STRONG in the few 3-4 races). I think it took Ferrari's place as Alonso barely makes Q3 and Massa it trading paint at the back with the Caterhams (who have swapped tiers with Toro Rosso) and Force Indias.
