Low fps and FXAA increasing my fps?

Hi all!

Kinda new to computers so sorry if these questions are dump in any way,

I have shaders pack enabled and havent changed much in it but most of i is checked .
Using Sol pp filter
In the image posted thats me drifting alone on a coarse
If I enable the FXAA im around 80-120 fps?

I have put Anistopic Filtering to 16 in nvidia thats why its on 0 in CM

My specs are Ryzen 5 5600x and 3070
Is this normal or what?

Ok so more testing. I decided to try some different tracks, All mods. When I have FXAA on the fps never go over 120 (same hz as my monitor) Some of the tracks stutter or mini laggs with fxaa on. But If I run the laggy track again with fxaa OFF it stops lagging but then the fps is locked to 60?
