Hey all,
So I'm having a really weird issue, that's blowing my mind - it's happening in ALL racing sims iracing, AC, AMS2. BUT NOT in other games Witcher 3, Doom, Quake rtx etc.
When I race, I have a low fps (relatively) but also low gpu and cpu usage
With settings that should easily be able to be handled by my rig (details below)
If I use the benchmark inside AC where it creates a mock race - then everything performs tip-top with those settings
I'm using triple 1080p 144hz monitors
I have a rtx 2080 super
i7 8700k
32gb ram
nvme drive
I've tried purging all my Nvidia drivers and reinstalling them all.
I've tried turning off hyperthreading
It's almost as if the second I use my direct drive wheel - my cpu/gpu won't run very hard - but I can't think of a case how that could possibly be true.
Any input here would be fantastic, as this is melting my brain.
