F1 2013 Low FPS when crossing Start line/Pit Lane

Lately I've been experiencing very low FPS when playing F1 2013 especially when I cross the start line/pit Lane. My guess it has something to do with the pit crews?? Not Sure. If any awesome modder can give me some tips or advice on what I could do to fix this it would of great help.

P.S. Also the cars appear like boxes from a distance

Yea I do. I did a clean install the other day and it keeps on happening. Interesting thing is, when I put the rearview camera it seems to run fine without any lagging

Have you changed anything on the graphics settings? You say you are experiencing these issues "lately" so it was running fine before?

Maybe you can emphasize a little on your pc spec, video card etc to see if it meets the minimum requirements to run the game properly.
