LOW FPS

Hello. How to increase FPS? Mam Gifu, Kekmet, Hyosiko Addons. My computer for: i5 4570 3.2 GhZ, GTX 1050 2 GB LP, 8 GB 1600 MhZ. CPU usage up to 50%, GPU up to 20-30%.
I have 20-30 FPS.

That's "normal" for My Summer Car. To get 60 FPS you need CPU with 4Ghz or more.

I had fx6350 3,5ghz with amd rx470 256bit about 1200 and memory ddr3 1600 and i got 20-40 max fps. Now i have ryzen 5 2600x 4,5 ghz max and nvidia evga 1070ti oc 2000 and memory ddr4 3200 and never drops below 60fps

Gigahertz is unit of measure for frequency. One hertz means one cycle per second. If the amount of hertz is bigger, then CPU works faster, cause more cycles mean more tasks can be done in shorter amount of time.

é só abaixar o mod MOP ela dá muito fps eu jogo abaixo de vinte com ele subo até 40 fps isso que eu não tenho placa de video dedica e tenho um processador de 2 ghrt

but with 21 FPS MSC it is more stable
