Low FPS

Presently running an i7 7700 and a GTX1080 turbo OC, 16RAM and using a Vive Pro, but struggled tonight with low FPS in rF2. Other guys on the server with lower systems had no issues. Temp using Steams FPSVR app gave GPU 61 degree and CPU 52 degrees, but FPS were as low as 41 whilst driving past pits. Also the graph showing the CPU performance was turning completely orange whereas the GPU mainly stayed green. Both my Steam and rF2 super sampling were set at 100% and all in game video settings turned down to low, or off.

I’m pretty poor with PC stuff, so wouldn’t mind any help on how to fix this, or maybe point me towards a site that would give me detailed instructions on what to fiddle with. Thanks in advance

Temps look okay.
What motherboard model are you using?
What harddrive and configuration...SSD etc..?
Other VR titles exhibit same low framerate?

I’ve basically changed the Steam SS settings and moved AC from Global, to Forced always on and it is now a lot steadier thanks. Think it also had to do with the track around the pit area (Oulton Park).
