I tweaked only official cars´s drivers skins, and the sponsors are showing there, so I don´t know.

Most cars, a couple didn´t seem to need it.

The sponsors only can be see it in the other racing modes, not in the carrer mode.

Career mode is not visible on your hand glove no logo just plain skin.

Career mode is not visible on your hand glove no logo just plain skin.
(but that's just asking if you know the answer, do not have to upload your fault)

Sadly the logos not showing in career mode is not something easy to fix. It is not related to textures. Its one of the xml files that states which texture files the game will load for your character model, but the file just load the "careerdriver" files, and these files don't include the logos
