The Alpine overalls are all black and there's Ricciardo in place of Alonso, but Ricciardo is also in McLaren. How can I solve it?

Download xurda's mod and install xurda's alonso (replacing the ricciardo files)

hey man i think that your mod is cool but i have a question about the character faces.
can u do it where u dont have the current 2021 driver transfers and still have the 2020 drivers but still have the 2021 car liveries. Thanks

just have to replace everything except for the character files

I assume that car numbers won't change even if there's driver transfers in MyDriver Career mode as those are hardcoded? Is there any way that the car uses the current driver number (for example De Vries using number 2 on UralKali Haas car)
