Renault work with it's engine was remarkable I would not like to see it give up because of a poor team. A team without experienced drivers that can explain to the engineers exactly what the car is doing is a team where progress is a nightmare, with inconsistent results.

The Lotus engineers have already said that they will miss Pastors feedback.

That's a shame maldo hasn't got a drive next year. Say what you like, but he played a part in some entertaining races and wasn't afraid to try his best.
And not everyone gets the chance to win a gp.
