Fun mod, where can I find the skins from the screenshots? All I see in the mod (Sauber) are the grey cars with different numbers? Thanks!

Edit: Shame on me for not fully exploring the mod.. I see there are a ton of cars painted for the Porsche and Mazda.. Are there any different skins for the Sauber? Thanks again..

Does anyone find that these cars controlled by the AI are much faster than other cars with the same strength? I can't get close to the lap times at 100% when I can beat the AI at 100 in other cars?

Yes, AI speed vary from track to track. For example, set the AI speed at 100% at Sao Paulo, 85% at the new Sebring, and at 92 to 95% at most of the other tracks. It's something very track dependant.
