Making tracks with Google maps street view?

If you're using something like Race Track Builder, and you want to create a track of a public road, which has street view in Google Maps, can you use the street view to make the view from on the track just like it would look in street view if you were looking at it in the browser?

If this is not possible, how would you go about making the surroundings of a public road as realistic as possible?

Well, it is possible but really work intensive and not very good. You won't have road detail for instance.
