F1 2011 manual transmission

when im using manual transmission, at what point is the optimal time to shift up to the next gear when im looking at those string of lights on the steering wheel? im using the cockpit view

Shift up when the Green lights are glowed and it was the ideal time to shift
Don't wait until the Blue lights are Glowed as it makes your engine over revved and consumes more fuel and may occur a engine Blow out

oh ok, so i shift up when all the green lights are on? if the blue lights mean im already over revving, what do the red lights indicate?

Red lights indicate low revs.

I'm sorry but that is non-sense. Red lights appear after the green, so they cannot be lowrevs.

Red lights means Engine temp will start to go to peak state a kind of Warning and Blue means getting heated and consuming most fuel

Max Blue Gear change causes engine Blow especially in Rich Fuel mix

Silly question but is the little row of information in the bottom right a standard feature in PC cockpit view or is that an addon?
