Map ACC and coordinates

Hi at all,
I try to understand how i can make a live track map from ACC data.I have all the information avaiable from broadcasting information (world_x,world_y,yaw) but i don't know where i find the Map into ACC .
How can traslate that coordinates and put into a map of track?
Anyone can help me?
