Mapping keys

Because Kunos decided not to implement all keyboard strokes in their controller mapping options. i wonder how to map CTRL-H onto a button of my T500. There are many shareware programs that are only free for a month or so. Is there a freeware program to map?

The most popular programs are antimicro and joytokey..I personally use antimicro to map the four arrow keys to the dpad on my T300
