This is with no doubt one of the best setup I've made, it s pretty fast and the car is literally stick to the ground especially with hard tyres. I' ve made these times on x360 pad
Hi Ludvig, this setup was not intended for sauber but for mercedes. The degradation for this kind of track is right, maybe it can be improved but for a little less. This setup did NOT work with my Sauber in career. It felt fine in TT, so I decided to try in a race. The degradation was horrible and the back-end was numb and all over the place. I want to clarify that this is nothing personal or negative critique, I simply couldnt get it to work at all. So, be aware!
i think diffrent set ups have diffrent effects on diffrent cars im driving a force ind im going to give it a try cause the use merc engines i think or it might be next year not sure but ive used a few of set ups for merc on my forc ind and the have been goodThis setup did NOT work with my Sauber in career. I'm happy that you liked itThanks Gigisan for all the setups your posting on this forum, most of my setups are based on yours and are just ajusted to my driving style/car.
I'm on career mode and am driving the Toro Rosso, today i've driven this GP on Singapore and wasn't able to make a decent setup (didn't try this one from red-bull though, stupid me!) rainy practice, dry qualy and race started dry and ended fully wet.
i was struggling every session but was able to qualify 8th because it was dry.. started on primes and was able to stay out untill it began to rain. others needed to pit extra because options where gone before the rain started. and then miraculously i pitted at the perfect times for inters and full wets. why am i telling this.. not very important but i never had such a great feeling winning a GP. yeah ineed, i won!
i still can't believe it.. just got the perfect strategie starting on the primes and pit timing was perfect going to inters and wets..
i just needed to share my experience!
