I installed the texture files and got generic black & white helmet, suit, and gloves.

Check if you placed the suit, gloves and helmet texture in the right place.
For example: Content - texture - gloves

There's still an issue for me. Must be some sort of setting I'm missing somewhere because all of the files are in their correct folders. Oh well...it's still a great kart skin and I appreciate it. Thank you!

I've made a new Mario Gokart 3D model that you can use a skin, and still keep the original files.

If you want to use the Original MOD Gokarts, just open the Backup folder I've created inside the original car folder, copy the files, and paste them inside the data folder.
