Massive FPS drop

Hi everyone, I recently started taking benchmarks again because I had some weird problems. During every kind of session I'm having 50 fps less than like two days ago. From 90 to 40 in races and same for practice, from 170 to 120 not even on the highest settings. I also checked CPU usage in game and from AMD Radeon Software, the MAIN_T value was 95/97%, while the real CPU usage was 40% circa. I absolutely don't know what to do, I also tried a double file integrity check from Steam, even reinstalled AC, CSP and Sol.

Ryzen 5 3600
Sapphire PULSE RX 5600XT
Asus ROG STRIX B450-F
Crucial Ballistix 16GB 3200MHz
Sabrent Rocket NVMe M.2 1TB
Seasonic Focus 80+ Gold 550W

Hi sickopaul,
Just the other day I had a similar problem with ACC. I found out it was SimHub program running at 100% CPU causing the problem. It was like it had locked up in the background. Might be worth checking if any processes are consuming high level of CPU power. One other thing - Did you change any graphics setting by mistake, like shadows and/or reflections resolution. On the highest settings they can really drag down FPS. That's all I can think of for now. Best of luck.
