This has the BASE satsuma and 416K money. the satsuma is next to the pub and u spawn at the toilet behind the pub. I will have 2 more save games coming soon! one for rally save and another for GT save. I did not include mods in this save game

You will have to put in a new battery new spark plugs and a new alternator belt as they bugged out in the save game file.
