Ned submitted a new resource:

McLaren 650S GT3 Bathurst 2018 - YNA and McElrae cars #47 and #11 for the 12h race.

As ever unrar the "Bathurst 2018" folder and insert the 4 files to your McLaren 650S GT3 2017 folder in Userdata/Player/settings.
The skins are not perfect but it's difficult to be more accurate.
