This livery is for HAAS because in my game I want this livery for this car but in the future it can be for McLaren too.

First of all, the skin is for haas not for mclaren so this can be one issue. If the haas is not changing make sure you have installed well and if there aren't changes, tell me and i will upload a copy paste method.

i know it is for the haas ^^ i done all things what are standing in the readme file..but like i said nothing changed for me

If you provide a skin for Haas, and only rely on the paint, then give the users an empty decal file, too. Else the original Haas decal file will overlap the paint.
