Minimum tyre pressures, soft tyres, TC 0-2, ABS 7-11 and you will already have 95% of the speed extracted from the setup.
For a full stint setup, default cambers are fine too. For hard push quali runs, there is usually a bit of grip to be found with higher values.
Rest of the setup depends on what you demand from the car - what imbalances you are experiencing at the moment. Springs, ARB, slow dampers and RW are the main things to adjust for balance.
If you cannot pinpoint anything being wrong with one end of the car, then forget about the setup and improve your driving.
